A) TERMS OF CONDITION:
1. Incident News Alerts is an alert notification company and has Dispatchers all over the United States, and Canada.

2. A "Subscriber" refers to anyone who recieves pages, alerts, emails, instant messages or information from the the INA system.

B) C©PYRIGHT C©NDITIONS:
1. The INA Site is protected by International Copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws, and may not be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or otherwise distributed in any way, by any medium without the written consent of Incident News Alerts.

2. By uploading files and posting notifications and messages to the INA site, you are granting INA a perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted worldwide license to use, copy, sublicensee, transmit, publicly perform and/or display any such communication.

3. All notifications send over INA website are the property of INA, and may not be redistributed by any means without the written consent Incident News Alerts.

4. Federal Copyright Laws protect websites and anything that is transmitted from the INA site.

C) REGISTRATION OF CONDITIONS:
1. To use the INA Services, you will be required to provide personal information as requested on the applicable registration form. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. Further, you agree to advise INA of any changes in your information to keep it current and up to date.

2. If INA has reasonable cause to suspect that you have provided information that is inaccurate, information, INA reserves the right to revoke or take away your access to INA Services without any notice, and refuse you access for all future use of INA Services.

3. All Subscribers who register for an INA Subscription will be assigned a username ID and password which you choose and it allows access to restricted areas of the INA Sites. Its your responsibility, for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account.

D) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CONDITIONS:
1. Subscriber specifically acknowledges and agrees that INA is not responsible or liable for any illegal, offensive or defamatory conduct of any other Subscriber. The use of INA Services is at your own risk.

2. INA makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy or validity of the information received over the INA Services.

3. If you are dissatisfied with any INA Service, as a Subscriber, you can choose to discontinue using INA Services.

4. All information send over the website, INA is not held responsible or liable at all.

5. INA can let go of any Subscriber at anytime for any reason given. INA is not responsible for usage charges that may occur on Subscribers mobile devices.

E) HOLDING AGAINST CONDITIONS:

1. Subscriber agrees to not hold INA, or/and affiliated third-party sites, their employees, dispatchers, volunteers, support team, help desk, from and/or all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, from the use of INA Services by the Subscribers and the Subscribers account.

F) UPDATE TERMS OF CONDITIONS:

1. INA reserves the right to change and modify Terms of Use statement at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version to this Website. Its your responsibility for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use Agreement, as it may change at anytime.

G) DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA:

1. Subscribers should not disclose personally identifiable information on public forums such as in the INA chat rooms or mailing lists, that information can be collected and used by third parties which may result in unsolicited email messages or, in some cases, criminal mis-use. INA has no control over this activity, and users are advised to refrain from giving out any personal information over the INA system. INA is not responsible for personal information transfered from Subscriber to Subscriber on the INA system.

2. No INA Staff member will be allowed to share any personal information regarding Dispatchers and Subscribers with the INA system. This is prohibited and is against the INA Private Policy Act.

3. We take this very seriously, and if any member of INA, transmits information without the written permission or is granted access from the owners of INA, there may be criminal charges filed.
